The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate for South Sumatra Province in February 2025 was 0.41 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) deflation rate was 0.77 percent.

In January 2025 it rose 6.13 percent to 354,889 tons.The number of passengers using the train transportation mode in January 2025 was 91,023 people or a decrease of 4.95 percent.

Training for field officers for the March National Socioeconomic Survey (SUSENAS) and the Quarterly Household Economic Survey (SERUTI) in 2023 will be held starting on February 14 for 3 days 2 nights (Susenas officers) and 4 days 3 nights for Susenas Seruti officers). This event was opened directly by the Head of BPS, Empat Lawang Regency.

This training aims to provide understanding to all officers regarding the concept of definition, methodology and procedures for data collection in the field that are good and correct in order to obtain quality data.

Hopefully this training can run smoothly and can be implemented properly by all officers in the activity.
