The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate for South Sumatra Province in February 2025 was 0.41 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) deflation rate was 0.77 percent.

In preparing the DDA 2024, BPS conducted data collection. On January 16, the BPS of Empat Lawang Regency, represented by skilled statisticians Bambang A.Md and Ayu Wulandari, A.Md.Stat, visited the Public Works Department (Dinas PU Cipta Karya) in Empat Lawang to obtain data regarding the names of Watershed Areas (DAS) and Sub-Watersheds (Sub DAS).
