Construction Cost Survey (SHKK) Enumeration for 2nd Quarter of 2024

On April 22nd, 2024, BPS-Statistics of Empat Lawang Regency has commenced the surveying of Construction Cost Survey (Survei Harga Kemahalan Konstruksi, SHKK) for the second quarter of 2024. The purpose of conducting the SHKK is to gather price data that are components in calculating the Construction Cost Index (Indeks Kemahalan Konstruksi, IKK). The data in question includes: prices of building/construction materials, prices of heavy construction equipment rentals, and construction service wages.
The IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costs in a district compared to the reference city. IKK is one of the main components in the calculation of General Allocation Fund (Dana Alokasi Umum, DAU).
