Enumeration of the 2024 Political and Security Statistics Survey in Kesbangpol Empat Lawang Regency

June 5, 2024 | BPS Activities

The Political and Security Statistics Survey (POLKAM) enumeration was carried out by BPS Empat Lawang Regency on Wednesday, June 5 2024. The Social Statistics Function Team together with the Public Relations Team of BPS Empat Lawang Regency carried out the POLKAM enumeration at the Empat Lawang National and Political Unity Agency (Kesbangpol) Office. The PCL in the POLKAM enumeration came from the Social Statistics Function Team of BPS Empat Lawang Regency, namely Mrs. Teresia Naomi Anastasia. Political developments since the reform era have always experienced ups and downs from time to time. This is reflected in the number of political parties participating in the elections as well as the increasingly balanced role of the executive and legislative institutions. Likewise, at the regional level, it shows the political map and the extent of the legislative and executive roles, which indirectly shows that politics in Indonesia is increasingly dynamic. The dynamics that occur in the world of politics have an impact on other fields, especially the security sector. Politics and security are interrelated. At times politics influences security and at other times security influences politics. These dynamic political and security developments require tools for monitoring. Therefore, there is a need for data that can be used to monitor political and security dynamics.
