The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate for South Sumatra Province in February 2025 was 0.41 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) deflation rate was 0.77 percent.

In January 2025 it rose 6.13 percent to 354,889 tons.The number of passengers using the train transportation mode in January 2025 was 91,023 people or a decrease of 4.95 percent.

Socialization & Technical Guidance for SIMAN Application Version 2

On June 13th, 2024, BPS-Statistics of Empat Lawang Regency participated in the socialization and technical guidance for the SIMAN Application Version 2. This event was organized by KPKNL Lahat and attended by several officials responsible for managing State-Owned Assets (BMN) from BPS offices in regencies/cities under the jurisdiction of KPKNL Lahat. The event was held over three days, with each working unit attending on different days. The training covered the use of the SIMAN application, from creating an account to managing assets. It is expected that the SIMAN application will enable more optimal management of BMN at BPS-Statistics of Empat Lawang Regency.
