This meeting focuses on discussing budget optimization at the end of the year, with the aim of ensuring effective and efficient budget utilization. In the meeting, each team was asked to evaluate the use of the budget to date and develop a strategy to maximize the remaining budget according to priority activity needs. This step was taken as part of BPS Empat Lawang Regency's commitment to maintaining transparency and accountability in budget management.
