On Tuesday, December 17 2024, BPS Empat Lawang Regency participated in a webinar entitled "Hexa-Helix Collaboration in Creating Innovative Public Services". This event featured the Deputy for Public Services, Otok Kuswandaru, who gave important remarks and directions in accordance with President Prabowo Subianto's vision in bureaucratic reform and public services. This webinar emphasizes the importance of technology-based transformation of public services and strengthening synergy between institutions. The Hexa-Helix collaboration model was introduced as an innovative approach to encourage the involvement of various stakeholders, including government, academia, the private sector, society, media, and law and regulation. In his direction, the Deputy emphasized that public service innovation must be adaptive to community needs, prioritizing transparency and efficiency. The One Agency One Innovation movement is one of the main strategies to encourage sustainable innovation. Through this activity, BPS Empat Lawang Regency is committed to continuing to support the transformation of public services in order to provide real benefits for the community.
