The rice harvest area in 2024 will reach 521.09 thousand hectares, an increase of 16.95 thousand hectares or 3.36 percent compared to the rice harvest area in 2023 which was 504.14 thousand hectares.

The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate for South Sumatra Province in February 2025 was 0.41 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) deflation rate was 0.77 percent.

BPS District 2025 Performance Agreement Determination Meeting. Four Lawangs

On 30th of January, 2025, BPS-Statistics of Empat Lawang Regency held a Meeting on the Determination of the 2025 Performance Agreement (Perjanjian Kinerja/PK).

The meeting focused on reviewing the Draft Performance Agreement for 2025 for the Head of BPS Empat Lawang, covering key aspects such as Activity Objectives, Performance Indicators, and Target Setting.

Following this meeting, the Heads of BPS at the district and provincial levels will attend the Leadership Meeting and Performance Agreement Determination for BPS Sumatera Selatan on Friday, January 31st, 2025, where the final Performance Agreement for 2025 will be officially established.
