FKP Public Service Standards, and Socialization of ISO 9001:2015 PST BPS South Sumatra

Monday, February 3 2025, BPS South Sumatra Province held a Public Consultation Forum on Public Service Standards and Socialization of ISO 9001:2015 PST BPS South Sumatra Province. The activity began with an opening by the Head of BPS South Sumatra Province, followed by various presentations, including socialization of ISO 9001:2015, PST service standards and evaluation forms, as well as online service applications for libraries, statistical consultations, paid products, statistical recommendations, and Digital PST. The activity continued with presentations from the Representative Ombudsman of South Sumatra Province and the Public Information Commission of South Sumatra Province. This activity was continued with a panel discussion discussing evaluation of public service standards in various aspects, such as statistical consulting services, libraries, paid products, and recommendations for statistical activities. In closing, the Minutes of Handover of Public Service Standards (BAST) were signed, as a form of commitment to improving services at BPS South Sumatra Province.
