In order to strengthen the capacity of ASN in the digital era, BPS Empat Lawang Regency employees attended a webinar entitled "Resilient ASN in the Digital Era: Building Technology-Based Government Talent", which was organized by PrakomID on Monday, May 19, 2025. This activity presented the main speaker Prof. Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, S.H., M.H., as the Head of BKN, who conveyed the importance of mindset transformation and mastery of technology for ASN as pioneers of change. The webinar, which was broadcast live via Zoom Meeting, was enthusiastically attended by the ranks of BPS Empat Lawang ASN as part of ongoing efforts to form ASN that are adaptive, professional, and ready to face the challenges of the times.
