The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate for South Sumatra Province in February 2025 was 0.41 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) deflation rate was 0.77 percent.

In January 2025 it rose 6.13 percent to 354,889 tons.The number of passengers using the train transportation mode in January 2025 was 91,023 people or a decrease of 4.95 percent.

OPD Consultation Regarding SKM Romance Third Week of May 2025

Throughout the end of May 2025, BPS Empat Lawang Regency actively provided consultation services to various OPDs that would conduct the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM). This visit aims to ensure that the preparation of the SKM Statistical Activity Recommendations (Romantik) is in accordance with applicable statistical rules. A number of OPDs from various sectors have visited directly, including the Community and Village Empowerment Service, Agriculture Service, Pasemah Air Keruh Sub-district Office, Fisheries Service, Lesung Batu Health Center, Empat Lawang Regional General Hospital, Tebing Tinggi Health Center, Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Service, Industry and Trade Service, Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, and Youth and Sports Service. BPS is fully committed to assisting OPDs so that the SKM data produced is of high quality and can be used as a basis for evaluating and improving the quality of public services in Empat Lawang Regency.
