The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate for South Sumatra Province in February 2025 was 0.41 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) deflation rate was 0.77 percent.

In January 2025 it rose 6.13 percent to 354,889 tons.The number of passengers using the train transportation mode in January 2025 was 91,023 people or a decrease of 4.95 percent.

Thursday, February 15 2024, Team Leader and Social Statistics Function Staff attended the 2024 March Susenas and Seruti Field Preparation Briefing which was held online by BPS South Sumatra Province. This activity discusses monitoring both in terms of the implementation schedule and the results of the temporary census which will be monitored via the Siemas application.
