The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate for South Sumatra Province in February 2025 was 0.41 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) deflation rate was 0.77 percent.

In January 2025 it rose 6.13 percent to 354,889 tons.The number of passengers using the train transportation mode in January 2025 was 91,023 people or a decrease of 4.95 percent.

Data Collection in the Context of Preparing District Publications in Figures for 2024

On August 21 2024, members of the District In Numbers Team (KCDA) from BPS Empat Lawang Regency carried out data collection from all sub-districts in Empat Lawang Regency. This activity was carried out in the context of preparing the 2024 Subdistrict In Figures publication. This publication combines primary data from BPS with secondary data obtained from the Subdistrict Office and related agencies in each subdistrict. Through presentation in the form of tables and reviews, this publication reflects the conditions of the sub-district area during 2023.
