The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate for South Sumatra Province in February 2025 was 0.41 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) deflation rate was 0.77 percent.

In January 2025 it rose 6.13 percent to 354,889 tons.The number of passengers using the train transportation mode in January 2025 was 91,023 people or a decrease of 4.95 percent.

Inda VIMK Training Quarter III 2024

In preparation for the 2024 Quarterly Micro and Small Industry Survey (VIMK), BPS held Regional Instructor training (INDA) which began with Independent Learning (MOOC) on October 2 and continued with Distance Learning/PJJ from October 3 to 4 2024.
These regional instructors will later provide training to officers who will go into the field for the 2024 Quarterly VIMK, so that the quality of the survey data enumeration results is maintained.
