In the second week of DLS Performance Development activities for Regency/City BPS, the participants again took part in an important session in preparation for Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Delivery Performance (PEKPPP). In this session, the material presented focused on the Public Service Information System (SIPP), which is an important tool to support transparency and efficiency in public services.

Through SIPP, BPS Empat Lawang Regency is expected to improve the quality of public services, by ensuring the system is accurate and easy to access. This development is an important step for BPS in strengthening coordination and effectiveness of public services, as well as preparing itself for future performance monitoring and evaluation activities.
