The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate for South Sumatra Province in February 2025 was 0.41 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) deflation rate was 0.77 percent.

In January 2025 it rose 6.13 percent to 354,889 tons.The number of passengers using the train transportation mode in January 2025 was 91,023 people or a decrease of 4.95 percent.

Abstract

The number of airplane visits at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport that arrived in March 2020 was 1,297 flights, down 9.05 percent compared with February 2020.

The total number of air transport passengers arriving at SMB II Airport in March 2020 totaled 119,490 people, down 20.66 percent compared to February 2020 which was as many150,596 people. With a total of 116,244 passengers on domestic flights, down 18.16 percent compared to February 2020 as many as 142,036 people. And the number of passengers on international flights was 3,246 people, down by 62.08 percent compared to February2020 of 8,560 people.

The number of ship visits in March 2020 was 398 ship visits, consisting of 333 ship visits from within the country and 65 ship visits from abroad. The number of visits of this ship decreased by 15.32 percent compared to February 2020 which amounted to 470 visits.

The number of train passengers in South Sumatra coming and departing in March 2020 as many as 76,325 people or down 12.95 percent compared to February 2020 which was as much 87,680 people.
