The rice harvest area in 2024 will reach 521.09 thousand hectares, an increase of 16.95 thousand hectares or 3.36 percent compared to the rice harvest area in 2023 which was 504.14 thousand hectares.

Abstract

The number of passenger departures using air transportation in July 2023 was 130,477 people, up 1.13 percent, and the number of arriving passengers was 139,185 people, up 16.67 percent.
The number of passenger departures using domestic sea transportation modes in July 2023 was 2,374 people, up 166.44 percent, and the number of arriving passengers was 2,230 people, up 88.66 percent. Loading and unloading activities for sea transportation goods in the January-July 2023 period rose 4.15 percent to 3,284,434 tons.
The number of passengers using rail transportation in July 2023 was 84,870 people, an increase of 5.76 percent. During the January-July 2023 period the number of passengers increased by 50.70 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
